Special Air Quality Statement Issued

A Special Air Quality Statement has been issued for our region due to wildfire smoke. Smoke levels can shift quickly and vary across locations, increasing potential health risks. Schools have been advised to take precautionary measures, including limiting outdoor activities. HVAC systems with MERV-13 filters are running to help maintain indoor air quality. Schools Open Today - June 13

All Sea to Sky School District schools are open today, Friday, June 13. We are closely monitoring the Dryden Creek wildfire situation, and if anything changes that might affect school operations, we will communicate with you immediately. In the meantime, please note that school administrators will continue to use their professional judgement regarding outdoor activities, particularly in the absence of any formal air quality alerts.
